RACES It is within this system that you may locate any Race you wish to play.
It is pertinent to first note that upon starting with your chosen Race, you will receive two Dominant and one Recessive Racial Trait of your selected Race, even for Hybrids.
A player may choose two Dominant though but do note that for this, Hybrids may pick whichever Dominant Traits from their two mixed Races, and one Recessive of one of the Races.
Bio-Androids may pick Dominant from whichever Races they so desire, but due to the nature of their Race, they begin with their own specific Recessive and can absorb others' Dominants.

EARTHLINGS HUMAN  Starter Tier: E-Tier Summary: A race of Earthlings that has long dominated Earth with their superb intellect. Humans may typically not be very strong, but they make up for that with their vast wealth of knowledge. It is key to note that Humans may very well be one of the most versatile peoples that are found within the universe, capable of being geniuses, or perhaps even talented fighters. Summary: A common race of Earthlings, though less than the widespread population of Humans. However, do not take Beastmen lightly. It is widely known that they are experts of exerting their physical strength onto others with ease, due to their physiology. If you anger one, remain cautious. If this race decides to unleash their fury, you may find yourself shuddering with fear of what they may be capable of. Beastmen must select an animal which they are based on.

Effect: If the user reaches a quarter of their HP or less, they may activate this, to buff a Stat that best corresponds with the animal they are based on, to the next Tier, for 4 posts. It will drain 4 E-SP at the end of the duration.

Effect: If the character is based on an animal, then will receive one free Trait to create which must be related to the animal your character is. It is up to you what to create, but ensure said Trait is balanced.

ALIENS
SAIYAN
Summary: A warrior people who hail from the beasts 'the Great Apes'. It is said that this monkey tailed race are savages. However, perhaps this may just be the prejudices of other races towards them. Saiyans are renowned for their combat prowess and have a great Empire on planet Vegeta, which they conquered from the Tuffle people. In regards to their names, they are often named after vegetables.
Recessive Traits: Oozaru Tail, Wrathful
Dominant Traits: Zenkai Boost, S-Cells
Trait Name: Oozaru Tail
Type: Racial | Stat Booster
Tier: Deluxe
Effect: If the user is exposed to a full moon, then the user may undergo their Oozaru form, ranging from 30-40m tall. It will double their Strength points for the rest of the thread, but the user will lose the ability to distinguish ally from enemy. In order to reverse the form, the Oozaru Tail must be cut. Otherwise, the user must be knocked unconscious to return them to their base form. If an Oozaru Tail is cut, their Recessive Racial will become "Wrathful".

NAMEKIAN
Starter Tier: E-Tier
Summary: A peaceful but protective race that inhabits their beautiful planet, Namek. It is said these people resemble slugs, with their green skin and antennae. It was said within old texts that Namekians were once space fairing people, trading with other planets, until a massive climate shift wiped out much of the population. It is not uncommon for Namekians to be able to stretch their limbs with training, or have enhanced hearing.

Effect: If a user decides to, they may fuse with one other Namekian to dramatically expand their PL by half of the other Namekian that they are fusing with. If the user does this, they must do a Fission to use this again.

Summary: It is not much people know regarding this unique and power hungry race that tend to constantly seek to dominate others. However, what is known of the Changelings are their frightening potential, as nearly every member of this small race has gone on to be nightmares. It can more of less be called one large family, where members tend to usually know of each other. A member of the Changeling race will usually hail from planet Arcose, one of the planets their kind has dominated for years now, having likely had a spoiled upbringing. Changelings like to employ other races to do their dirty work often.

However, the Changelings have a final base form, dubbed a Changeling's True form. It grants the user a Stat of choice a boost to the next Tier. It also grants the user 30+ HP. A True form is considered the Changeling's real base (In practice, not on paper).

ANDROIDS
ANDROID  Starter Tier: D-Tier Summary: Androids, robotic or cyborg humans designed by scientists within recent years for nefarious purposes. However, nowadays, there exists scientists too who may not be trying to use Androids for evil or their own personal gain, but rather, the greater good. Androids may be found on many planets, though, they mainly Earth, designed by Red Ribbon, or ex scientists that worked for them. Often times, Androids will receive modifications to upgrade their capabilities, though these upgrades can be costly. Recessive Traits: Infinite Ki Dominant Traits: Undetectable Ki, Custom Upgrade

Effect: If the user desires, they may restore their Ki Pot by 1 E-SP per 1 HP they give up. Androids may replenish their Ki, though, the more they replenish, the more they may overheat, doing harm to their bodies.

Effect: An Android do not have Ki signatures, meaning they cannot be detected via Ki sense, nor can their Power Level be either.

Effect: Androids may purchase 1 Standard Trait for 50k Zeni. In order to enhance their Custom Upgrade, they must pay 150k Zeni, which will then make their Standard a Deluxe.
BIO-ANDROID
Starter Tier: D-Tier Summary: Bio-Androids, unique creations born from science and the genetic recombination of other races. In part due to their genetic recombination, their looks may vary wildly from each other. In order for this race to grow to the menaces they are known to be, they must feed on other life forms to perfect their form. It is typical of them to begin within a larval form before quickly developing, taking on a more humanoid shape, then being capable of speech. Trait Name: Evolution

Tier: Deluxe
Effect: In order for the user to advance to Semi-Perfect and then Perfect form, they must absorb a target that has been killed or knocked unconscious. If they absorb the target (must be a PC or DMed NPC), then they will receive a quarter of the PL of the target, plus one chosen Standard Trait. (limit of 2 Evolution absorptions ever)

EVIL INCARNATES
DEMON
Starter Tier: D-Tier
Summary: It is said this race was born from evil, though, not every being of this race may be evil. However, often times more than not, a demon will relish within the misery of others that they encounter. It is common for this race to enjoy violence, turmoil, and the chaos that may ensue from their own acts of evil which may vary from demon to demon. In regards to color, or appearance, this may vary as well, but they will usually don pointed ears and colored skin tones.
Recessive Traits: Demonic Ki
Dominant Traits: Interdimensional Rift, Eternal LimboTrait Name: Demonic Ki
Type: Racial | Stat Booster
Tier: Deluxe
Effect: An unstable but strong Ki that will cause those exposed to become berserk, except those who are part of the race category 'Evil Incarnates'. It empowers these beings, enhancing them. If the user is exposed to this 'Demonic Ki' they may buff a single stat to the following Tier for whatever length of time they may be exposed to said Ki. In the Demon Realm, Hell, or on the Makyo Star, they will receive this buff for the length of time they may be present there.
Trait Name: Interdimensional Rift
Type: Racial | Mechanical
Tier: Standard
Effect: If the user desires, they may open a portal to the Demon Realm to travel from and to the living world and their homeland. Per tier of the user, the user may bring an extra willing character with them to the Demon Realm. It may only be used out of combat.
Trait Name: Eternal Limbo
Type: Racial | Mechanical
Tier: Standard
Effect: If the user deals the final fatal blow to an opponent, they may vanquish their target to an 'Eternal Limbo' where they are unable to enter the Living World or Other World ever again. If this occurs, the opponent is rendered forever dead, unable to be wished back. However, the user must first roll a d20, and land over a 10 for this to occur.
MAJIN
Starter Tier: D-Tier
Summary: In times primordial the Majin existed. However, only within the last few centuries or so did this race truly come to permeate the universe. In the year 353, the demon wizard, Hocus, brought the progenitor of this race to the mortal realm to lay ruin to his foes. However, the Supreme Kai of the time was to stop the evil Hocus, and imprison the diabolical wizard. Majin are genies summoned via ancient demon arts, though, the bulk of Majin which reside within the universe nowadays tend to be dispelled parts of the progenitor, Buu.
Recessive Traits: Absorption
Dominant Traits: Demonic Magic, Gum Physiology
Trait Name: Absorption
Type: Racial | Mechanical
Tier: Deluxe
Effect: Once every three months, the user can absorb a target which was defeated, or knocked unconscious. If the user succeeds, they may steal one Trait from the absorbed target (Must be PC or DMed NPC).
Trait Name: Demonic Magic
Type: Racial | Mechanical
Tier: Standard
Effect: If the user has this Trait, they are eligible to learn 'Demonic Magic' Techniques from NPC Masters like Mind Control or Transfiguration Beam.
Trait Name: Gum Physiology
Type: Racial | Mechanical
Tier: Standard
Effect: In part of being a Majin, the user has a very elastic body which can behave rubbery, gummy, and even be quite malleable. Majin can register techniques where they can stretch and grow parts of their body, or even techniques to regenerate/heal themselves (once per thread).
MAKYAN 
Summary: An evil race which may trace their lineage back to clans of demons which migrated to the living realm, conquering the Makyo Star, where they now reside. It is said that the Makyans once tried to take the planet Earth, though, they failed when the Kami of the Earth drove them back to their home planet. However, despite this, the Makyans continue to try to corrupt other planets or regions with their evil energy, so they can dominate the living realm their forbearers swore to conquer. Makyans don pointed ears similar to demons.
Recessive Traits: Makyo Goliath
Dominant Traits: Demonic Magic, Majin Brand
Trait Name: Makyo Goliath
Type: Racial | Stat Booster
Tier: Deluxe
Effect: If the user is exposed to this 'Demonic Ki' they may buff a single stat to the following Tier for whatever length of time they may be exposed to said Ki. In the Demon Realm, Hell, or on the Makyo Star, they will receive this buff, as well as a size increase up to 20m, for the length of time they may be present there.

Effect: If the user desires, they may activate their innate magical abilities to brand their forehead with the evil Majin mark. It will heighten the evil of the user, but also amplify their Strength by 1 Tier, but at the cost of 2 SP per post, and 15 damage to your HP per post this may be active. HYBRIDS
Starter Tier: E-Tier to C-Tier
Summary: Hybrids are a mix of two races which may be compatible. It is key to note though, not every two races will be compatible. It is advised before creating a character that is a Hybrid, please consult with a staff member to ensure said Hybrid may be possible. It is important to us to work with the player to try and make most Hybrid options viable and playable, though not every mix will be able to be playable. (Only Changeling Hybrids may begin at C-Tier)
