Effect: A Changeling has four distinct base forms, which they may swap between, effortlessly. If the user desires, they can hide their actual Power Level by reverting to either their first or second form, their first being 2 Tiers lower, their second being 1 Tier lower, and their third being whichever is their regular Tier. However, the Changelings have a final base form, dubbed a Changeling's True form. It grants the user a Stat of choice a boost to the next Tier. It also grants the user 30+ HP. A True form is considered the Changeling's real base (In practice, not on paper).
