The user requires a Strength Tier higher than the target. If the user wins the 1d20 roll, needing to roll over 10, the captured is locked in place in melee range while the hold itself does DoT of half Strength damage. Afterwards, the captured must roll higher than 10 to escape. If the captor's Strength is equal, they must roll higher than 5. Description: The Hao fist is the signature martial art for the Hao Clan. It's a strictly offensive martial art that focuses on clobbering your opponent through a series of incredibly strong attacks. The primary focus lies on both elbow strikes, jabs, grapples, and joint locks and it often relies on crippling flexibility and speed of your opponent. The biggest strength of the Hao Fist is that it's very in your face and can quickly become overwhelming for the opponent. By exploiting the sheer strength of both fighters your opponent may overextend themselves, giving you the perfect opportunities to retaliate.
