Planet Plant has been dominated and colonized by the Warrior Race of Saiyans. After much turmoil, blood and loss the invaders overwhelmed the weaker native species and imposed their views and ways of life. After hundreds of years the Planet finds itself as the home of various other species including the natives of Plant, the Tuffles under the jurisdiction of the Saiyan Empire.
Not everyone enjoys living under the reign of the Planets invaders, and some have taken steps to work against the regime. Cells of resistance have been reported across numerous districts and a commission has been issued for the investigation and location of these cells.

Once reliable information has been gathered, and the location of the resistance cell discovered, they are to be disposed of by any means necessary. In order to avoid the ire and attention of the Empire these groups are small, consisting of no more than 4 E Tiered individuals.
