Summary: Jay is a young man with a very athletic and muscular physique. He stands at an average height, despite his muscularity, and has a light tan complexion. The fighter's hair is black as a saiyan's, but messy like any other human's. Internally, his blood and organ's resemble that of a namekian's, purple in color. Finally, his ki and aura is a fiery purple, and tainted with a hint of demonic power.
In terms of wardrobe, the young man can often be seen wearing a dark grey tank top with a sleeveless olive jacket. His head is adorned by a dark green headband, with a pair of boots to match. When it comes to pants he usually wears cargo pants or blue jeans. Finally, he finishes his look with a pair of sunglasses or green scouter on occasion. Other clothing he wears can often be described as 'paramilitary'.

PERSONALITY
Summary: Jay can best be described as independent and freedom-loving, with heavy distrust towards those of both political and social power. He has a love for both underdogs and common people, usually going out of his way to lend a hand. While he won't go out of his way to find trouble, it will come to him more often then not. Whether it be government agents attempting to capture him, or simple bar room brawls, he finds no shortage of fights.
The man's temperament can best be described as calm, stern, and inquisitive. He presents a level of seriousness in nearly all of his affairs, though the saiyan cells within him do add a level of entertainment to combat. Beneath this aloof surface also lies a huge deal of anger. He has much pent-up aggression toward the government of earth, and blames them for many of his troubles.
While Jay does seek to become a great warrior, his greatest goal is to achieve peace. Peace from those would would wish him harm, and peace from those who would harm his world. Though a simple goal, it engulfs his desires.
Likes:
- Smoking. Jay regularly smokes cigarettes, with his favorite brand being "Satan City Blacks". He will occasionally smoke cigars on special occasions, an old habit from his time in the military.
- Mysteries. Though he is by no means a master detective, Jay enjoys solving mysteries such as missing persons, crimes, and riddles.
- Fighting. The most true form of entertainment to anyone possessing saiyan blood. Jay enjoys fighting more than most would.
- Weaponry. Due to his job as an armory master, Jay has a vast understanding of and fascination with fire arms. Though they pale in comparison to the use of ki, he finds them very nostalgic.
Dislikes:
- The Government. Jay hates the people who are responsible for his powers. As it took manipulation and torture to turn him into the weapon he is.
- Cheating. Whether it be in a fight, on a test, or otherwise Jay hates cheating in all of it's forms.
HISTORY
Biography: Jay was born to a simple middle-class family in East City, a short twenty years ago. His parents owned an antique shop together, and sold an assortment of both furniture and other home furnishings. They were by no means wealthy, but it was more than enough to provide for their young son. The bot would prove to be their only child, but being an only child would only offer him more love and care.
In his youth, the boy was quiet athletic, playing sports such as baseball and soccer. Once he entered high school, the teen would become a star player on both of East City High's sports teams. Physical activities was where he excelled, his grades on the other hand would suffer. Jay simply couldn't seem to focus on his school work, far more interested in finding his own era of studies. While the school administration wasn't too happy about this, the local government certainly was.
Several weeks before high school graduation, Jay would be approached by a pair of army recruiters. They were looking for young men and women who might be interested in serving their community, for a considerable price at that. An older man named Raze, a captain, would be the one to speak to Jay. The captain promised Jay great wealth, and a chance to make a difference in the world. It was a tempting offer, one the young man would accept.
With that, he would begin basic training only a couple short weeks after high school graduation. Given his athletic history, Jay proved to be one of the best conditioned soldiers in the military. After basic training, he became an armory master, looking after various weapons and artillery pieces. He loved his position, and the pay was nice as well. He had his own place, and a sweet car, all thanks to the sweet sweet government zeni. Of course, that would not be where his story ended. The nineteen year old would be offered a massive pay raise, if he were to partake in a special program.
After having stolen some files from Red Ribbon Army scientists, the local R&D team of East City had been itching to try out what they had learned. Captain Raze himself would oversee their operations and experiments. He offered Jay three years pay, if he would simply opt to willingly join one of these experiments. It was a prospect the young man simply couldn't turn down. Little did he know the exact details of this experiment.
In layman's terms, the science team had all the ingredients they needed to create a powerful bio-warrior, a super soldier. Jay would be their test monkey. He would undergo an operation when DNA from four other races would be fused into his own. His white blood cells would become Namekian, his skin altered to that of a saiyan's coloration, but with the texture of a changling's, and unknowingly he would become attuned to the arcane. The young man would wake up looking no different, aside from a bit more muscle, but he felt far different.
He gained abilities that were stuff of his dreams. The ability to fly, super strength, ki control, and more. They would spend several weeks in the lab testing the limits of his power. It was even more potent then they had hoped. Of course, they couldn't simply let power like this go unchecked, and they would explain to Jay a new amendment to the deal. He would be forced to serve their military for the rest of his days, though he would be payed well for it. While a generous offer, the lack of freedom was something the greatly bothered the young man. He would be little more than the army's tool. He would refuse their offer, and decided to leave the City. Of course, his superiors would never condone this.
Government agents were sent to track the bio-warrior down, and bring him back alive. Now, Jay spends his days on the run, Dodging government agents, and getting stronger along the way.
